As a transplant to Leland NC from Washington, NJ I have over 25 years of real estate experience with both Weichert Realtors in Chester, NJ and Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage in Leland NC

Having vacationed in North Carolina for many years it has always been a dream of mine to make coastal North Carolina my home.  In 2017 my husband Ron and I took the plunge and decided it was time for “our next chapter”.  We built our dream home in Compass Pointe and in October 2019 made the move to Leland, NC.  Having gone thru a relocation to Leland from New Jersey has assisted me in directing others moving to this fantastic area from out of state and understanding the buying or building process locally.

I have always prided myself in my persistence to always provide quality service for all my clients regardless of price point.  I strive to maintain confidentiality, honesty and integrity with every buyer and seller.  I am a stickler for detail and will bring my expertise to each and every transaction.  I am a Certified Relocation Specialist and have Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR).
